• Cheese Knife - The advantage of this cheese knife is that it can easily be used to serve your guests thanks to the two teeth at the end of its blade. Its unusual shape makes it an elegant and effective knife for perfectly cutting a wide variety of cheeses.
• Chese Cleaver - solid, sharp blade makes this cheese slicer particularly suitable for cutting hard cheeses
• Spreader - With its non-slicing blade, this spreader is used to spread soft butter, tapenades, taramas or any other foodstuffs to be spread on bread or toast.

CARE: 

• The Bistrot collection is dishwasher safe at 45° maximum. Remember to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. When washing by hand, we recommend that you do not use abrasive sponges.
• If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
• For cutlery with light-coloured handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
