Refund & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request through our online withdrawal form or contact us at info@ruimteconcept.com, stating your order number and the products you wish to return.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation by email.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received;
  • Be returned with any original tags, labels, and accessories;
  • Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law.

We do not accept returns sent to parcel lockers, parcel machines, or collection points.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless another method has been expressly agreed upon with the customer.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to the customer’s specifications;
  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Made to order products; 
  • Sealed cosmetic or personal care products that have been opened after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons;
  • Any other products exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where a product is custom-made or exempt from the right of withdrawal, this will be indicated on the product page whenever applicable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ruimteconcept.com and include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
